Mystery depends on fair, understandable storytelling. A considered narration helps the listener recognise characters, follow the sequence of events and enjoy the uncertainty without feeling lost.

FROM MANUSCRIPT TO MASTERED AUDIO
The right performance changes how the words are heard.
Test an ensemble dialogue passage as well as the narrative voice. Distinction and consistency matter more than a collection of elaborate character effects.
We cast to the manuscript and the creative brief, with auditions where required. Author reads, professional narrators and multi-voice productions each need a different plan. Your producer helps turn those options into a clear decision before the full recording begins.

A coherent audio edition.
Prepare the manuscript
Provide names, recurring locations and any clues whose wording is especially important. Confirm how letters, lists or case notes should sound.
Direct the performance
Test an ensemble dialogue passage as well as the narrative voice. Distinction and consistency matter more than a collection of elaborate character effects.
Agree a sample and carry its creative decisions through the sessions, with preparation and breaks planned around long-form performance.
Edit and proof with care
Proof recurring details and chronology against the manuscript. Keep vocal emphasis consistent with what the viewpoint character knows at that point in the story.
The technical finish follows the agreed delivery specification, with organised files and a clear process for approval.

A proper home for long-form performance.

Mystery audio,
with the details considered.
How will listeners keep track of a large cast?
An agreed character reference helps the narrator maintain recognisable choices. Pacing and clear scene transitions also support comprehension without adding material to the text.
Can you produce the whole audiobook?
Yes. The service can cover manuscript preparation, casting, direction, recording, editing, proofing, quality control, mastering and delivery. You can also commission a defined stage. The scope and review process are agreed in your quote.
How is the price worked out?
Send the word count, manuscript status, number of readers, title count and target delivery date. Narrator fees are quoted separately. Multi-reader, full-cast and immersive work receives a tailored quote; distribution is an optional, separately quoted service.
Can the author or publisher attend remotely?
Remote direction and monitoring are available. Agree the participants, connection arrangements and review responsibilities before recording so the team can prepare the session.
Will the audiobook meet my distributor’s requirements?
Provide the intended platform or distributor specifications when you commission the work. We agree the mastering, chapter organisation and delivery requirements for your project. Production does not by itself guarantee retailer acceptance or publication.
